The Dogfather serves Calgary’s most delicious hot dogs and smokies, but that’s not all. Our food truck and trailers are equipped to offer full-service menu items. We also offer a variety of premium toppings that will make your guest’s mouth water. Pick and choose what items you’d like to have at your event by using our booking form.

50% of your quoted price is required at booking, as well as a $200 booking fee. The booking fee is non-refundable.

Please fill out our booking form. This will help us understand everything we need to know about your event. From there, we will get back to you to confirm if we are able to make it. By filling out the form, your event is NOT automatically confirmed.
An invoice will be sent after your event is over for the remaining balance owed. We love to hear what you thought of us! After your event, please fill out the customer feedback form.

We have done a range of events and love to collaborate to make your vision come to life! If there are any other questions you have prior to booking, just shoot us an email and we will get back to you right away.
Typically, we operate within Calgary. If your event is within an hour of the city, we are able to make it out - but mileage fees will apply.
Our hot dogs and smokies are pretty good, we will admit. If you have a strict budget, just let us know the maximum amount that should be served and we will stay within that.
We are proud supporters of many LGBTQ2S+ focused organizations doing incredible work in Calgary. Our community support budget is dedicated to this important cause. If you are a non-profit organization, we are happy to customize offerings for your event based on budget.
Hot dogs, smokies and poutines are our specialty, but we can do other items as well! Our food trailers are fully equipped to do more food items. If you have something specific in mind, just reach out and we can confirm if it's possible.

Yes - we have veggie dogs and chicken dogs. Please confirm amount of vegetarians/vegans prior to event so that we can ensure we have enough.
We come out for approximately 3 hours. Let us know how long your event is when booking if you think it will be longer.
Of course! In the past we have had themed events that have named each hot dog or smokie after a certain element of their theme. Just let us know ahead of time so we can change the names on our menu board!
Yes - due to staffing and operational costs, the minimum spend in order to book the food truck, trailer or hot dog carts is $800.
